I had the pleasure of working with Lucy over a three day brand makeover that my start-up went through. We had three days, actually 2.5 to figure out a brand strategy that would help us navigate a massive pivot. Lucy brought her A game from the start and because of her efforts during those 2.5 days we found ourselves as a company.
From a branding perspective, we were totally lost and Lucy listened, asked questions, made observations and then dove in to designing. Working with the brand strategist that was also helping us she helped to identify a new brand, evolve the other two product brands we already had in place, came up with a great logo, color schemes, a brand personality, a sales presentation and a framework for a website. For the first time we were truly proud of our image and we owe that to Lucy.
Since the branding bootcamp we have had Lucy work on several other projects for us and we have been very satisfied. She is a great communicator, is very responsive, gets things done on time and is just a pleasure to work with. I whole heartedly recommend her as a designer and creative leader.
